White & Case Loses Another Partner
Tanneke Heersche is the latest partner to leave firm following recent exodus.
White & Case has lost another high-ranking lawyer after recently seeing 13 of its partners move to a rival firm, according to reports.
Tanneke Heersche, head of metals and mining practice, is the latest person to leave the firm following an exodus of staff that resigned from White & Case to join rival Latham & Watkins.
Heersche will start a new role as partner at Fasken Martineau.
No replacement has been chosen for Heersche, who made a personal decision to move to Canada, The Lawyer quoted a White & Case spokesperson as saying.
Earlier this month, eight partners resigned from White & Case shortly after four colleagues had already left.
